What do our hearing fitting services include?
- Programming the hearing aids to fit prescription targets based on your hearing loss and the size and shape of your ear
- Counselling of the adjustment period and getting used to new sounds
- Teaching you how to properly care and maintain your hearing aids, including cleaning, changing batteries and keeping them safe from moisture and external hazards
- Practicing insertion and removal of your hearing aids
- Going over any additional technology such as digital modulation systems, apps, remotes and external microphones
What does our hearing aid maintenance and repair services include?
- Cleaning your hearing aids, replacing parts such as microphone covers, wax guards and domes, dehumidifying the hearing aids, re-tubing moulds and more
- Determining hearing aids are working at full capacity
- If necessary, sending back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement
*Maintenance visits are recommended every six months to ensure your hearing aids are functioning properly. We are able to perform most repairs right in the clinic when necessary.
Premium Battery Program
We offer up to five years of batteries with the purchase of new hearing aids.
Product Warranty Program
We also offer a comprehensive, industry leading, peace of mind warranty program, including a service warranty for repairs and a loss and damage warranty for up to five years.
Funding and financing options
We offer flexible financing options for those who would prefer to pay for their hearing aids over a period of time. We also offer direct billing to government agencies such as AADL, WCB, DVA, NIHB and Alberta Seniors and work together with private organizations such as Campbell McLaurin Foundation and the Elks Club.
